When you visit this website

The web server processes technical information needed to deliver the page and maintain the website. Server logs can include your IP address, the time and requested address, HTTP status, browser information and the referring page where your browser supplies it.

This processing supports website delivery, security and fault diagnosis. The legal basis is the administrator’s legitimate interest in providing and protecting the website, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The current web-server log rotation is daily and retains up to 14 rotated log files in addition to the current log. Actual retention time can vary with rotation and traffic. Information may be retained longer where needed to investigate a security incident or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Cookies and external services

This website does not set cookies or use browser storage, visitor analytics, advertising trackers, accounts or profiling. Fonts and graphics are served from this website. There are no embedded social-media, video or map services.

An email link opens your chosen email application. Its operation is governed by your email provider and your own settings.

When you send an email

If you write to dev@zentarodigital.pl, the administrator processes your email address, any name you provide, the content of your message and correspondence metadata to understand and respond to your enquiry.

General correspondence is handled on the basis of legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where you request steps towards a contract, Article 6(1)(b) may apply. Legal obligations may require specific records to be kept under Article 6(1)(c).

Providing information by email is voluntary, but an enquiry cannot be answered without a return address and enough context. Please avoid sending sensitive or unnecessary personal information.

Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary for the enquiry and any resulting relationship, taking into account applicable record-keeping duties and periods for legal claims. You may ask for the retention criteria relevant to your correspondence.

Access and recipients

Information is accessed only as needed to operate the website, maintain its infrastructure or handle correspondence. Hosting and technical providers may process information on the administrator’s behalf where necessary, subject to the applicable data-protection arrangements. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

This website has no visitor-facing integration that sends data to an advertising or analytics service. For details about infrastructure providers and any international transfers relevant to your data, contact the administrator. Any transfer outside the EEA must meet the applicable GDPR requirements.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and the legal basis for processing, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in the GDPR.

Send requests to dev@zentarodigital.pl. The administrator may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority; in Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

There is no automated decision-making or profiling on this website.
